  : Nice for travelling with car, the parking was great and the resort was nicely guarded by security.Also, a lot of cute cats on the property, although some looked quite poorly.
  : We booked a apartment for 4 adults for one week. Check-in was non-existent. Arriving in the evening, we were told by reception to find the villa (ours was G4) by ourselves. Arriving at the house we found out the housekeeper wasn't there anymore and nobody was there to show us to our apartment. When calling the number of the owner of the particular villa nobody answered because, as we were later told, they feared the police was calling. Finally the security got us the keys and we could settle in.The apartment was infested with ants and there was a big spiderweb in the ceiling corner. We also encountered a giant cockroach. Although there were many light switches on the walls, half of them didn't work for anything and lighting wasn't particularly great also. No place to hang coats, the closets in the bedrooms also had only three coathangers In the kitchen, the sink was clogged. The trash can had a big hole at the bottom. Also, during our one week stay not once was the trash emptied. To add insult to the injury, the sink was also leaking into the trash cabinet. The fridge cabinet had two doors that were totally incompatible with the fridge inside. Regarding utensils, only one small and quite blunt kitchen knife was left for us, that made cutting fruits or something as simple as bread plain ridiculous. In the bathroom, some wall-tiles were missing, some were loose and about to fall off. As a result, the bath constantly had crumbled clay in it. Only 1,5 rolls of toilet paper for one week, nobody even thought to check of we needed any more. Soap dispenser was already empty upon arrival. Overall, the villa looked shabby (not chic), and was badly managed.On top of everything, the housekeeper tried to scam us with rent (payment ONLY by cash). While paying, she counted and accepted the money, but later came back claiming we gave her 200dh less money.
