Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
-For Moroccan couples the marriage certificate is mandatory and must be presented at check-in.

-It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume illegal substances into the residence.

-Sexual tourism is strictly prohibited under penalty of immediate expulsion and prosecution.

-It is strictly forbidden to invite a Moroccan woman into the residence unless you can prove that you are legally married.

-You are asked to behave in a good way towards the neighborhood and to respect local mores and customs. (Property reserves the right to cancel the lease early in the event of a repeated complaint from the neighborhood)

- it is not allowed to invite people except the tenants present at the check-in. Policy forms must be completed for all occupants (Transmitted with copies of passports to the appropriate services)
