  : The location was close to jammaelfina square. This was the only positive.
  : Where do I even begin. I wish I had believed the bad reviews. I had told the manager it was 5 of us including a baby. He sent us a petite taxi but charged for a grand taxi. The taxi driver was so confused and then embarrassed when he saw us. We get to the street near the road and the manager is no where to be found. The taxi driver had to call him and then we waited. He gets there and doesnt even apologize for the small taxi in which all of us were squished in the back. He laughs about it with the taxi driver. Then tells me oh I thought it was 4 of you and i reminded him I had emailed him that we would have a baby with us and he says oh yea I forgot. Still no apologies nothing. Then takes us to the riad and offers no tea, mind you its now 10 pm. He knows we took a train from Fes. Doesnt ask us for even a glass of water or where we can go get dinner. This was our third riad so we knew this was NOT the norm. He then starts going over the bill. After 20 mins we tell him we will have to go to the bank tomorrow. Then when we asked if we could get a cup of hot water with some honey for someone who was sick he tells us theres no honey but I can give sugar gives us some herbal tea full of sugar. We get inside to find out theres no toilet paper. Later we found a roll in a closed basket I guess that was our fault but to leave an empty toilet roll on the toilet is just not good service. There were no towels in the room. We asked and got stained towels. I could tell they were washed but just so old and stained. The stool in the room was so disgusting and stained all over. Ill post pictures for proof. There were cracks all over the wall, you better pray you arent here next time theres an earthquake.After the first night we didnt see him because he was apparently either sleeping or out. We had to call him last day because we had no info on our airport transfer we had requested. He charged us $15 for a grand taxi which is not the norm.

  : It was a lovely place in a great location. The hosts were super accommodating and helped the short stay with great recommendations and suggestions. The upstairs and roof terrace are great spaces to unwind.
  : My only criticism was that the loo in my room needs to be more firmly attached to the floor as it was really shaky to get on an off and I was frightened of breaking it.
