WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Only the individuals registered before the check-in are authorised in the Villa. External visit, in both day and night, are not allowed. In case of last-minute cancellations or early check-out regarding external guests dispute or abuse no refund will be made.
