This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Only the individuals registered before the check-in are authorized in the Villa. External visit, in both day and night, are not allowed. In case of last-minute cancellations or early check-out regarding external guests dispute or abuse no refund will be made.
